About the Space
Our beautiful exposed brick Loft is over 3,800sq ft of open and raw space allowing for the most creativity. Originally the home of Golden Pickle Work, a Brooklyn based pickling company. We were very mindful to preserve the beautiful architectural elements of the space. Equipped with a brand new elevator and AC/Heating system. With brand new Oak flooring, brand new windows this space is truly and gem brought back to life! Perfect for fashion photography, music videos or really any creative production needs.

Parking description
We do not provide any parking but there is street parking available. We suggest parking on Myrtle Avenue for paid street parking. After 7 pm during the week and weekends, there is some free street parking directly in front of the building on Park Avenue.
General Rules
- No Smoking or Alcohol
- Leave the studio in the condition you found it (cleaning fee will apply if left in poor condition).
- Leave at the end of your booking time, there will be overage charges if you stay past your session.
- Keep music at reasonable levels. No vulgar or offensive lyrics.
- `No pornography is allowed in our studios.

Security cameras and recording devices
Yes, to protect everyone’s safety the studios and common areas are all monitored by security cameras.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
