About the Space
Jersey City’s dining scene is about to change dramatically. Filming in Jersey City is about to change dramatically. The 5 floor mega restaurant in the downtown are is AWESOME for filming. It's is a swanky 17,000 square foot restaurant designed to bring a touch of New York’s Meatpacking district to your Movie, TV or commercial shoot. The space is decked out with chandeliers, leather banquettes, antique mirrors, and murals by local artist. It will add a touch of elegance to your scene. Note: each floor is like a different venue so you can shoot in "6 different" locations in 1 location

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
the space is cleaned daily and will be cleaned prior to all bookings
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
