Nearly 8,500 square feet stunning home built with contemporary finishes throughout the entire home. The home has 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. A home theatre and guest studio, center open courtyard with a waterfall, chefs kitchen with tons of cabinet space, including a walk-in butlers pantry, 2 huge center islands, top of the line appliances, kitchen opens up into the family room with fleet wood pocket patio doors for a seamless indoor/outdoor experience and endless lawn with serene private backyard with zero edge pool/ spa, outdoor bbq with a kitchen, romantic fire pit, sun room with a pool table, 2nd level has a wrapped around roof top large open balconies with out door fireplace, smart home system that offers complete surround sound, temperature control, security system and outdoor cameras. 3 car frame-less glass garage doors. - A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

The Good: - Beautiful property structure The Bad: - Filthy condition: beer bottles from previous party in the kitchen - Lack of access to agreed-upon spaces - Uninvited houseguests walking in/out during our event - Poor communication: house manager inquired about our departure with 6 hours remaining - Owner's lack of attention to detail: dropped off food for next event without regard for our ongoing party Given the $15,000 rental fee, I expected better. This property's condition and management issues make it unsuitable for Peerspace listing. Recommendations: - Improve cleanliness and maintenance - Enhance communication and guest management - Ensure accurate listing details Would I rent again? Unlikely. Had a great experience. The house was way bigger than expected and very nice. Had everything we needed to make our event successful. The house managers were timely with responses and helped us with whatever. Thank you again!! Would definitely recommend
