Security is REQUIRED Security guards are required for all events serving alcohol, all evening events, and any event over 25 people. One security guard is required for every 25 people and charged at a flat hourly rate per hour, per guard. Security monitors will be in operation during your event. Smoke-Free Zone This includes hookah and e-cigs, real candles, or any type of entertainment using fire is absolutely, not allowed. Catering Outside Catering is allowed. All food must be prepared in advance, there is a microwave, small refrigerator, sink available for staging and preparing food for serving. Cooking Fuel Wick Safe Chafing tin and Butane Fuel Canisters for Portable Stoves, Gas Burners is allowed. COVID Policy Masks must always be worn outside of consuming food and beverage Alcohol Policy NO BYOB events. The client is responsible to hire the services of a licensed bartender if alcohol is to be served during the event. Permission to serve alcohol fee will be added to the total amount for any event serving alcohol. Violation of this policy will call for the immediate shutdown of your event Furniture Add/Removal Furniture must be moved back to the original space, and all guests must exit by the exact scheduled end time. No pets allowed No Confetti or glitter 12 AM end time for amplified music Rental time starts when you enter the building and ends when the building is completely vacated. Vendor deliveries, setups or pickup only during your rental window.
