We strictly follow all CDC guidelines to keep our guests and clients safe The rental property’s cleaning fee covers the cleaning of the property and its amenities but does not include the cleaning of linens. It is expected that the beds will remain clean and made throughout the duration of the production. If any of the beds are used during the production, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of cleaning the linens. The amount of the additional fee will be determined by the owner or manager of the property.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
