Welcome to Cookies Retreat. We take pride in providing linens that are cleaned between each nightly stay. All porous and hard surfaces are disinfected using CDC provided directives. Enjoy your stay!

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

Couples and families can enjoy the seclusion of a renovated modern cabin on a hillside property. Perfect for weddings, family reunions, photos and large outdoor hosted events. Cabin is also available for nightly rental with accommodations for up to 10 guests. Linens and comforts are complete in luxury country modern décor.

General Rules

No smoking, no pets inside the cabin. Up to 10 maximum guest nightly for overnight stay. For events call for pricing. No parties allowed without event price booking. No swimming in the pond. No fireworks or hunting due to cattle. Fishing is allowed. Outside catering and bartending is allowed.

All ages are allowed in the space

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
