Bright all white open space studio for workshop, class, client sales meeting, off-site meeting, flexible office space, casting. 1500 sqft studio is VERY spacious, with a main room, private room, private bathroom, and mini-kitchen. ➤ LOCATED on 29thSt & 7thAve, 12th floor with elevators & freight. North facing windows, windows do not face the street, so there is minimal street noise! ➤ $75/hr MON-FRI 8am-8pm (3 hour min, choose between 9am-1pm or 2-6pm) ➤ $85/hr SAT-SUN 8am-6pm (5 hour min, NO exceptions) ➤ CLEANING FEE $25 for 10 attendees (more attendees will be an additional fee). DISCOUNTED RATES: **5% OFF for 8+ hours (automatically applied)** **Under 3hr bookings accepted only if it's 7 days prior to your booking date ** NOTE: Doorman not available on weekends. If your event has people coming at different times, you must hire our doorman $50/hr. ➤ When booking please keep in mind prep and clean-up time as it is part of your booking hours. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
