Hours of Operation & Rates 7am to 10pm - Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - 3hr minimum - $130/hr base rate 7am to 6pm - Tuesday, Friday, Saturday - 3hr minimum - $130/hr base rate This charming and charismatic loft is perfect for photoshoots, film shoots, music videos, interviews, commercials, and more. The main room features 2 large tables and an elegant, custom-built-in bar with glassware. 3 uniquely designed private rooms within the space can easily act as make-up and dressing rooms or add various intimate shots to any production. A lush, stylish seating nook decked out with a full-size disco ball and beautiful art installation brings a fun, nostalgic glamour to the venue. Elevate your shoot and cultivate a memorable experience in this gorgeously modern loft! We have hosted many production projects and understand the importance of professionalism and quiet environments. The building has minimal foot traffic and we provide an on-site space manager to assist you with any and all questions. Various parking garages are also in the area. *Any cancellations due to Covid-19 are non-refundable unless the city imposes indoor gathering restrictions. **We do not reschedule any dates or times that have already been booked. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you may cancel your current booking and send a request for a new booking date, however, please know that we do not offer any refunds for canceled bookings outside of our cancellation policies. ***At our discretion, we are not hosting production bookings in either of our venues with clients who do not have any previous booking reviews. We are also not hosting boudoir or lingerie shoots. ****We are not available for location scouts prior to receiving and accepting a booking request.
