About the Space
One floor with concrete floors which open to a large paver deck to the waterfront which is 20 feet away. Nana wall doors open the entire space to the waterfront. Modern, luxury with sunsets and water view. Great venue for corporate events needing a business and zen blend. Additional amenities include a flat screen TV with an option HDMI PC or Mac screen projection, seating for up to 10 in the meeting room with additional seating at the bar adjacent to the meeting room. Full kitchen for corporate catered luncheons, and plenty of open space for after meeting relaxation. Perhaps play ping pong, sit on the dock, Paddleboard or just look at the water. In addition, the host boat rental can be captained by the host for your surfing, boarding or touring pleasure. Beautiful setting, clean, lake access, and smooth communication with owners. We held a tween birthday party here, and everyone had a great time. The kids had a blast going off the dock into the lake, and the adults enjoyed the relaxing deck. The owners also have a cute pontoon that you can rent with a captain. Just note, if you’re not renting the pontoon, the owners may go in and out to access the boat for other people who rent it out. They’re super nice and we didn’t mind it at all, just FYI in case it’s meaningful to you.

We had a great experience renting this venue. Susan and her husband Fred were so helpful. We were out of ice, so Fred ran to the store and got us some! He also gave our guests a tour on the lake on his pontoon boat (not included in venue rental). The place was spacious. The lakeside was so beautiful with the beautiful tree, the comfortable chairs etc. Will definitely recommend this place for any event/party.

Perfect setup for our team offsite. Easily fit 20+ people. The view is just fabulous. Susan is very easy to work with and provided everything we need. We also rented the pontoon boat and brought a few more paddle boards ourselves. No better choice than this to host a summer party in a private place with direct water access.
