long living room and dining room open concept. bamboo floors.. patio doors to back patio and green backyard as extension.. close to main highway , 2 minutes, and shopping, food places, gas.. hotels. the long large open room is huge.. long wide.. open.. light. internet connection wifi in living room, tv, kitchen open concept.. great for meetings.. a place to stop plan, for a few hours.. guest bath in hall available. extension off living room is outdoor patio.. easy to find, access to restaurants and gas just 2 minutes away.. private street of retired mostly.. huge fireplace for winter.. can use for several hours during day to early evening use. use of new dining table round w 6 chairs and can get on wifi in area.. and use of huge L shaped sofa.. can add a pop up table if needed.. lots of light from patio doors and the rooms windows.. and access to kitchen for setting snacks water etc out..access to a full guest bath in hall.

Parking description
along the front of the home on street. its a private street. and across from my home .. and down the street since private street, will need to be respectful of all parking spaces however. There is also a large open retail strip center/free parking space 1 minute from here, where cars could be parked and people either walk or pair up into one or two cars. must scout space and sign off that it meets or exceeds your expectations and is as described to book before booking. Must sign off that you have read all the descriptions and rules per the property descriptions and agree.

large double patio doors with natural bright light, two huge wide windows in desk area near kitchen and windows in kitchen and front door large open glass entry.. a LOT of natural light if needed.. or use the blackout blinds put down in all areas. brightest time of day depends on season. mid afternoon to 6 pm in summer..

not normally no.. very quiet private street.. can hear some cars on Harvard if outside in back yard.... no noisy appliances. a lot of birds and squirrels out front in massive 2 story oak tree..

carport easy offloading access available and store items while loading covered from environment. no ramp needed.. step one up small step loading is super easy and covered and trucks can back up to unload if necessary.

a lot of plus in main living/dining area both sides of walls approx 4 total double outlets in liv area... several internet and tv connections. circuit breaker is in from bedroom will need me to be there with the crew if needed to reset.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
all can be moved if needed , must all be professionally wrapped for protection, and professionally stored and moved by crew with insurance and paid for by renter/crew to a storage unit down the street from residence, and then replaced by same crew/renter and no damage done with resident approval in writing and on premises and during before and after said move..with photos taken before and after and a checklist to be signed off on by all parties renter and resident of home.

do not leave any trash on floors, designated trash container in kitchen area for small items,... please wash hands in bathroom, cleaning and towels supplied.
Leave no trash on outside please, throw any food or other containers in garbage plastic bags provided, and toss in outside large trash bin such as food containers etc.. if anything is spilled on bamboo flooring inside, there will be cleaning items on counter to use, paper towels, and spray, and broom for use if needed for all areas...
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
