Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) has been declared a nationwide pandemic by the world Health Organization and is reported to be extremely contagious. In an effort to keep Renter(s) and Think Global Studio Representatives safe, while in the premises, renters and individuals accompanying Renter, is required to review and abide by all CDC guidelines, which includes but is not limited to wearing masks and maintaining six feet distance from all Studio guests and Studio representatives, when using shared, common areas (i.e. hallways, restrooms etc.)
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
8ft wide x 8ft tall x 9ft deep padded white room/insane asylum comes equipped with 3 padded walls, 1 removable padded floor and removable chains, straight jackets available upon request. Equipped with hair and makeup station, wardrobe dressing areas, kitchen, rest room, boardroom and post production editing bays.

Lighting description
Light can be easily adjusted in this space. There is no natural lighting so everything is manually controlled.

Ambient noise description
The studio is located in a quiet neighborhood. Appliances and AC are not loud and never presented any type of problems with sound whatsoever.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Everything inside the studio can be used and moved around if it is done carefully to avoid breaking furniture or decorations.

Facility comes equipped with security cameras in all common areas indoors and front/back parking lot.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
