About the Space
Our space consists of an open ground floor gallery space that can be configured for a variety of uses. Visitors generally comment on how welcoming and comfortable the space feels to be in. Custom built lighting and amenities add to the refined feeling of the space. An upstairs office can be used as needed during bookings. We have found the space to be ideal for photo and video shoots, pop-up events, off-site meetings and workshops etc.
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed
Only food preparation is allowed on-site
Sink, counter and hot plate available.
Butcher block counter and cutting boards and other misc kitchen items available.
Sound system for background and light event music. No DJ or loud system.
Samsung Frame available for rent.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves

Working with Blake, Daniel and Problem Library was such a pleasure! We utilized Problem Library to host our Eczema Awareness Month Ecz-hibition, Eczema On Display, for the first week of October. Daniel and Blake were always available and helpful. Problem Library is even more beautiful in person - the pictures don't do it justice! Managing the place was easy and all the amenities (bathroom, kitchenette, office space, side yard, display windows and sound system) made the experience all the better. When visitors came in, they loved the feel of the space, too. Problem Library's neighborhood is lively and neighbors are friendly and engaged. The location is great for commuters from South and North Bay. We hope to work with Blake and team in the future!

They even allowed me to visit multiple times for measurements and to show the space to family members. The venue is incredibly beautiful, offering endless possibilities. This is a great space! I held an art show/ birthday party here and it worked out fantastically. I worked with Blake (and Daniel the day of the event) and they were extremely helpful leading up to the event and the day of the event. Very communicative and quick to respond to messages. Blake was willing to make accommodations for our party and help us problem solve if we forgot to bring something or needed something particular. I would definitely rent this space again!

Wow! The space was absolutely beautiful and just perfect for our small birthday gathering. All of our guests (and myself!) could not stop gushing about how gorgeous the space is-- bright, airy, cozy and the ideal size for a relaxed party/celebration.
