About the Space
Beautiful Spanish style single family home perfect for outdoor events, kitchen photoshoots, and unique interior and exterior shots. Also available: gender neutral nursery. ** Please note: bookings must be made no less than 48 hrs in advance ** Sun-Splashed interior including open kitchen layout with stone counters and Spanish windows. The living room has a large floor to ceiling bay window and Arto brick tile fireplace. Light oak floors throughout. Gorgeous front porch with boho baby swing (removable) surrounded by lush desert plants: agave, olive trees, and bougainvillea. Large back outdoor space with three separate areas: 1. Spanish style fireplace + seating area equipped with one couch, two chairs, and large umbrella 2. Sunshade area with pavers and dining table and 4 chairs - also equipped with 2 lounge chairs 3. Side entertaining deck with umbrella and patio set Three bedrooms available: 1. Primary Bedroom with queen sized bed, desk, and dresser. 2. Bedroom with double arch bed frame, dresser, and small bookshelf (set-up as kid's room) 3. Guest bedroom with pull-out couch, two mirrors, desk, and hanging rack. Two bathrooms available: Primary bathroom: soaking tub, glass shower, double sinks and spanish tile One bathroom: full with bath/shower, double sinks, and unique tile

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Not only is Ashley an incredible hostess, patient and responds quickly to all quesitons, but the home was such a beautiul backdrop for our Summer Fashion shoot. The natural light of the house and the modern clean furnishings let us create some beautiful images for an everyday lifestyle feel. And if you're looking for a garden backdrop this is defintiely the place. From the front yard to the backyard there are so many angles and amazing Aloe plants and greenery everywhere. We really loved working with this property. Thank you for being an amazing hostess Ashley!

Beautiful house with loads of natural lighting. Perfect for airy, light photography. We loved the simple and thoughtful styling throughout the house. Ashley was considerate and punctual in her communication and worked well to accommodate our shoot. I would highly recommend and I would rent this space again!! Thank you Ashley!

This space was beautiful, the host was very responsive and flexible when we needed to expand our time to accommodate a 2nd interview in our time. We shot 2 interviews and got 2 very distinct looks in the space. Our talent and crew both commented on how beautiful their home is. We would definitely use this space again!

Love this space. Kitchen is one of the best to shoot in. Amazing backyard area. Great light inside, nice and clean. Will be back soon!
