Two sets of French doors open up from the dining room to the 1000 sq. ft. porch. Upstairs offers a large living room with open ceiling and beams going across as well as dormer windows. Upstairs has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a library with a sink & fridge. Guesthouse is close to the main house and is about 450 sg. ft. totally redone (ready soon) and a small separate old red brick building which used to be a meat smoking house (tall ceiling). Yard is .7 acres with bushes and old trees. A tall Magnolia tree is next to the porch.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
