My intimate space can be used for photoshoots, film shoots, small office, small meetings, small listening gathering, selfies and creative thinking. The living area is perfect for small watch gatherings on the TV. The workspace area with the office desk includes a shredder, printer and ring light for that midday selfie or video. Feel free to utilize the refrigerator to keep what you may bring cool. You may use the blender, microwave and coffee maker. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES. UPSTAIRS IS OFF LIMITS UNLESS ADDED INTO THE FEE ALL DAY FULL PRODUCTIONS WITH CREW AND TALENT WILL HAVE A DAY RATE, PLEASE MESSAGE FOR DAY RATE (8 HOURS OR MORE)

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
