- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

Matthew is a wonderful host! He was so patient with me as I was planning my daughter's birthday party from start to finish. The backyard is beautiful and so spacious - we had 20 guests and everyone had space to sit/hang out/lounge around. The pool was perfect for the kiddos and adults. Everyone had a great time and commented on the beauty and comfort of the backyard. Thank you Matthew!!

I cannot say enough good things about hosting an event in this space. The backyard is absolutely lovely and laid out with lots of areas for guests to mingle. The pool was absolutely perfect for our 80-degree-plus day and Matthew was incredibly accommodating and helpful during our whole event. We hosted 70 people at our event and every single person had a fantastic time. Would love to book this location again!

Matt and Jeremey are amazing hosts! The space is so amazing! All the decor and seating is perfect! So accommodating. We had a great pool party/baby shower for about 60-70 people and its was the perfect place for us! 10/10 would recommend!
