About the Space
This home is ideal for commercial and narrative film shoots, still photography, or a retreat space for writers, and creatives. There are three floors to the home, and it can sleep up to 8 people. You can rent the entire home, or just the bottom apartment, which sleeps 4. The backyard has an outdoor dining table, grill, and fire pit.

There is limited street parking in the area, although it can be hard to find. There is a garage nearby with very reasonable rates.

Lighting description
There are lots of windows on each floor and each window has a set of sheer blinds that can go up or down. The windows can be easily blacked out for less light.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The street is relatively quiet but you can hear music or traffic if it's louder. The a/c units are all silent split units in each room.

Equipment loading description
The main level has a ramp where you can access through the front door. To go up or down you have to use one flight of stairs, but the main floor is wheelchair accessible.

There is a small room upstairs for HMU/wardrobe.

Electrical system description
There are several outlets on each floor, and at least two outlets outside. There are two electrical panels down in the laundry room. One for the top two floors and the other for the bottom floor.

Please clean up after yourselves.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Anything can be moved as long as it is returned and no damage occurs, and the floor is protected.

There is a security camera outside the front door and the side door. They remain on at all times.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Home is cleaned regularly, and a professional cleaning service is hired between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
