About the Space
Fully renovated three bedroom one bath home with full kitchen and all the needed items to make it home. This space has a fantastic backyard that can be converted for weddings, birthday parties, or a backyard movie theater. There is more then enough space for a tent in the backyard as well as a designated area for two porta potties on the side of the house. It’s perfectly situated 5-15 mins from the Beltline, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia Aquarium, the AUC, Downtown, Decatur and the airport!

Parking description
There are three private parking space on the driveway and free street parking.
General Rules
No outside pets without permission.
- No smoking.
- No pornography shoots.
- No content can be created in our house or an event held in the house that is a racist, homophobic, or sexist or include other hate speech and hate context.
- No loud music after 11pm.
- Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request.
- Trash should be placed in the bins outside.
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is a flat rate of $125, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are three cameras pointing outside. One at the front door, one at the back door and one pointing towards the backyard.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Home is professionally cleaned based on Covid standards and procedures.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
