Modern home with glam designs. Take a look at our photos. The ideas are endless. Please reach out to us with any questions. The home is a 2021 square foot modern house with two living rooms, dining space for 10, and very beautiful outdoor space. For meetings, no access is given to bedroom. If bedrooms are used, you will be charged cleaning fee of $250. Bookings only accepted for dates Falling om Monday to Thursday.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Michelle's space was beautiful, clean, and exactly what I was looking for! The space accommodated the number of guests I had perfectly. Guest parking was a breeze and there was even a big speaker for you to use. Communication was also great the whole time. Would definitely recommend! 10/10
