About the Space

Cool Gastown boardroom with skylights, brick walls, cool art, a live-edge acacia table, and boardroom chairs. This is a perfect space for meetings or small conferences. Access to washrooms and basic kitchen facilities. Can be flexible on timing for days/times the space is available. We're close to all transit, with lots of parking nearby.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Yes, I would book again.

Ashley's space was perfect. A stone's throw away from downtown and in the heart of Gastown, the conference room offers a quite and safe space to have important meetings. Ashley was an amazing and flexible host. The venue was secure and had all the amenities required.

Yes, I would book again.

An excellent space for a meeting. Clean, quiet, and professional. My only suggestion is that they should provide coffee and tea at the meeting spot, since meetings can run long and it is inconvenient to have to go out to get coffee/tea.

We had a great experience throwing a bachelor party at the Gastown Boardroom. Ashley was responsive to our inquiries and helpful on the day of the event. The space is also very comfortable and equipped with nice amenities.
