- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

A beautiful garden oasis in the middle of the city. I proposed to my fiance here and it was incredibly special and they were super sweet to work with. Many amazing antiques, rugs, lamps, and plants. Went off without a hitch!

Wow! Wow! Wow! This has to be one of the most wonderful hidden gems in the whole of Los Angeles! Our nonprofit organization was looking to put together a party with a great vibe that felt unique. This space could not have been more perfect! We toured it during the day where it was spectacular and enchanting. And at night it becomes completely magical with chandeliers that bounce light off the interesting antique pieces and casual, but elegant lounging spaces. We had plenty of space for people to lounge and hang out, a place for food, a place to set up a bar, a cool little porch alcove for our DJ, etc. And because of all the unique furniture pieces already at the venue, we didn't need to bring in any tables, chairs, etc. And they were far more beautiful! Most importantly, the venue owner Charlie could not have been more accommodating and was such a pleasure to work with, as were his partners/staff. He helped us arrange for anything we needed, from additional servers to an extra toilet, you name it. If you are looking to do something that feels completely unique and special, this is your place! Five stars, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Can't wait to throw another party here!
