Large & Stylish Estate with Vineyard on the Sacramento River

We had a GREAT experience at Towne Estate & Vineyard. The entire family is wonderful. Katy was extremely kind, flexible, and worked with us all the way up to our event. Laura and Rod were so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was clean, the grounds were beyond beautiful, and we received exactly the quality experience you would expect from a home of this caliber. We highly suggest staying here and we hope to be back one day!!

Towne Estate is truly the perfect venue for a family reunion. We hosted 45 family members ranging in age from 1 to 86 the day after a wedding at Grand Island Mansion. We thought many of them would just come by for half an hour, then head home. But everyone loved the home's atmosphere, inside and out. Given that it was a very hot day, we thought they would all huddle inside, but people loved hanging out on the patio and lawn under the spreading oak. Older family members may have done this out of concern about Covid; younger ones loved playing ping-pong, plus many of the yard games that were available. (In fairness, the oldies turned out to be the goodies at ping-pong. Take that, teens!) At one point the kids went into the airconditioned living room to watch YouTube and TikTok, but an hour later they easily accepted being kicked out so the eldest elders could take a nap. Everyone was happy at the house because they could carve out their own spaces. As it gets harder and harder in this world to find entire days for kids to play together and adults to talk together, this felt like a miracle. In the evening we grilled portobellos and steaks on the back porch, then said goodbye to everyone as the sun set at 8 pm. A gracious, extensively provisioned, embracing "home" for a wonderful day.

This home was amazing! It was incredibly well kept, beautifully remodeled and the hosts were a joy to work with!

This property was absolutely beautiful and the perfect venue to celebrate the life of my mother, who recently passed. Not having a home that could support this gathering, made the Towne Estates property just that more amazing! There were plenty of seating for all the guests and a beautiful outdoor patio with with overhead lights. The kitchen was stocked full of every cooking supply we needed to cook and serve all the food for the party ourselves. Everyone was raving about how great this place was and what a great party we had. There was a bunch of privacy from the neighbors, so it really felt like our own slice of heaven. It has been such a pleasure working with Katy! She spent a lot of time making sure we had everything we needed and knew where everything was. Any time I needed to contact her, she responded immediately and was so helpful! I would absolutely use this space again for any gathering or event we plan to hold! 5 stars!
