Hurricane Hill is a 48-acre, historic conservation farm with a 1750's farmhouse and rental farmstay cottage, a 19th century barn and other outbuildings. Home to artists and makers, the Hill is filled with beautiful vistas, unexpected treasures and a menagerie of farm, domestic and wild critters. The event barn at Hurricane Hill is a 2,000 sq ft modern studio environment housed in a gorgeous black, Icelandic-inspired barn surrounded by native perennial gardens and a 4,000 sq foot vegetable and fruit garden. We require a three-hour minimum rental. Rental includes the immediate gardens and, if you need more space, the rest of our farm is available too (see our other listing). There is a lighting grid, plenty of plugs and power to support equipment and a delivery garage door makes load in and out easy. There is no plumbing , but there is a seasonal water service and at certain times of the year, a portajohn. PLEASE NOTE: WEDDINGS ARE AVAILABLE at a flat rate only-this covers the entire weekend for the entire farm and includes a 4 br cottage.
