The barn studio at Hurricane Hill is a 2,000 sq ft modern studio environment housed in a gorgeous black, Icelandic-inspired barn surrounded by native perennial gardens and a 4,000 sq foot vegetable and fruit garden. Rental includes the immediate gardens and, if you need more space, the rest of our farm is available too (see our other listing). There is a lighting grid, plenty of plugs and power to support equipment and a delivery garage door makes load in and out easy. There is no plumbing , but there is a seasonal water service and a port-a-john. Hurricane Hill is a 48-acre, historic conservation farm with a 1750's farmhouse and rental farmstay cottage, a 19th century barn and other outbuildings.
