About the Space

Classic living room, dining room and beautiful kitchen would work well for movie set, meeting, dinners. Small parties. The home has all the original french doors and molding, designer touches. A warm and homey feeling. Kitchen is well equipped. China service for 12, large punch bowl and various dishes for formal setting.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Yes, I would book again.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. Debra is a fantastic host: gracious, kind, professional, and goes above-and-beyond. Would rent the space just to work with her again! As for the location itself, it couldn't have been more perfect. Debra's description fits it to a T as well. Spacious on the inside with a number of multi-faceted spaces, it has a real homey and honest feel. Perfect for small gatherings, or commercial/film/photography shoots looking for a beautiful home that has a lot of heart/lived in feel. Won't have to do much set dec!
