The space With a completely remodeled interior and a huge fenced yard, this 3BR/3BA home is the prime choice for your year-round getaway. When you are not relaxing in the Carolina room or dining alfresco on the deck, walk 3 minutes to the coast. Find everything you need within a quick drive, including dining, shopping, golfing, and entertainment. LIVING AREA Kick back in the living area and watch your favorite show on the smart TV. The sunlit Carolina room provides another spot to unwind. KITCHEN & DINING Create delectable dishes in the pristine kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a Keurig machine, and ample counter space. Gather for meals at the four-person table in the Carolina room. BED & BATH This home sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms. The primary bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed. An adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features a queen sleeper sofa. Another bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The large fenced backyard offers plenty of room for lawn games. Fire up the grill and dine alfresco on the deck. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for four cars (three parked in tandem in the driveway and one in the garage). This single-level home is accessed via two exterior stairs. The fireplace is non-operational. LOCATION The sparkling coast is a 3-minute walk from home. For shopping and dining, head to Barefoot Landing, located just over 10 minutes away.

- No smoking - No Animals - Be respectful of neighbors - Guests must be over the age of 21 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period. *No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
