About the Space
Grounds could be used for productions and photo shoots. Do not want to use grounds to host parties or social events. Grounds ideal with house as a backdrop for filming and photography at all times of the year. The large patio overlooking the pond is also a gorgeous setting. Both the front side and back side of the house offer beautiful backdrops.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

These grounds are absolutely beautiful and can fit any aesthetic you are going for in any kind of photoshoot. The couple who lives there are extremely nice and very helpful! Very responsive and great with communication. I can’t wait to come back to this stunning property!

The photos do not do this GORGEOUS property justice! What an incredible place to hold a styled shoot. It was simply stunning. Jennifer and her husband were extremely sweet hosts, and I'm so grateful for them sharing their property with us. Will definitely be back!
