Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We adhere to all CDC safety guidelines outlined by San Joaquin County. We are currently in the RED TIER and are slowly approaching ORANGE TIER.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

About the Space

The space is a secured coworking/flex space located in the historic Belding building in Downtown Stockton. We offer a conference room, podcast studio and event space on ground level + private offices, private perm desks in a shared space, several meeting rooms and a photo studio in our Annex. Our space is optimized to meet a wide variety of needs.

General Rules

Important notes to consider before you book: - This space is not sound proof - Parking is on the street and metered, we recommend arriving a bit earlier as it can get congested during peak times - This is a co-working ecosystem. Please be respectful of other businesses and patrons. - Restrooms are common areas and are located just down the hallway on every floor. - Ecosystem inventory is taken after every booking. Please be sure to put back any grip / gear used, and please be sure to leave the space in the clean and organized state it was in when you entered. You are responsible for your clients and the space while you are in it. Any missing items or damage / leaving the space messy will be subject to extra fees - Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drinking in the space - Your rental time includes set up and breakdown, please keep this in mind when booking

Security cameras and recording devices

We have cameras located on every floor just outside of each elevator as well as our main entry way.
