About the Space
**This is primarily a MOVEMENT-PRACTICE space, perfect for dance, yoga, stretch, etc.** Large DANCE studio available for daytime and some weekend rentals. Floor to ceiling windows, mirrors, high ceilings, and sprung floor with genuine marley/vinyl overlay. Stereo equipment included in the room will connect to Smart Phones, laptops, and Mp3 players. Free standing portable ballet barres available. Two gender neutral restrooms available plus changing room. Free use of Wi-Fi. A *limited* number of folding tables and folding chairs also available upon request. Additional folding chairs and tables can be rented for an additional cost. Please note: there is NO kitchen facility and the space is only accessible by stairwell.

Each studio is equipped with a Medical Grade HEPA air purifier that is proven to remove up to 95% of all airborne contaminants as small as 0.1 microns. All high-touch surfaces are disinfected regularly, and any equipment or shared items are disinfected between use. Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance/exit of all rooms. We have a variety of disposable medical paper masks in children and adult sizes available.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
