COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We clean all areas where anything is touched before and after. Our staff are constantly cleaning the area as we have maintained a solid business with proper cleaning

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This space is ideal for shooting music videos. You can use it for other film ideas such as photo shoots or documentaries. We have hosted motion pictures and small events. We have hip urbanwear clothing which can be used as props for an additional rental charge. Edge on your video image. There is no use of it in the shop though.

General Rules

There is a zero tolerance on smoking in the store front. We have many collectible items that cannot be smoke damaged. Be courteous to our staff and it will be reciprocated

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Cameras are set up in store front area. We have these solely to prevent retail theft.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
