A unique oak-framed studio set on its own private island, reached via a wooden jetty, with free parking for up to 20 cars. Please ensure you book for the full time you intend to use the space, including arrival, set-up, pack-down & departure. Access to the studio is only available during your booked hire period. Additional time used outside your booking will be charged at an overtime rate. With 360-degree countryside views, the space works well for: * photo shoots, * filming, * interviews, * wellness brands, * content creation, * workshops, * small events, * retreats, * production holding space. The indoor space is 98 sq/m with a large surrounding deck overlooking the lake & countryside. The building is made entirely from oak, giving the space a warm, natural aesthetic with excellent natural light throughout the day. The studio has a basic kitchen & one WC. There is a microwave but no hob or oven. You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, tables, chairs, glassware & catering. The space comfortably accommodates around 40 standing guests, with additional usable outdoor space on the deck in good weather. Bluetooth speakers are available for background music. Please note that the venue is not suitable for loud parties or amplified music due to neighbouring properties nearby. For productions requiring floor space, the studio comfortably fits around 22 people lying down or seated workshop-style. A selection of yoga bolsters, mats & props are available if required. Infrared heating is available at an additional cost. Easy access location, just 7 minutes from London Gatwick Airport & Junction 10 of the M23.
