Beautifully landscaped pool and patios perfect for a wedding or event. New wedding area that is flat green grass nestled under trees with fairy lights for perfect romantic dining or wedding ceremony. Beautiful terraced pool and spa area, lovely for cocktail event or filming. Stunning balconies and patios with terrace views. Set against a private hill. Several looks can be obtained in this one property. Pristine areas for still photos. Property is secluded and totally private. Stables with huge riding area and turn-out pens. Horses available for use with carriage horse and cart for weddings and to take photos with. English, Jumpers and Western horses and trainer available or horses just available for background. Pull down projector screen by pool, great for a corporate event or to show family video. There is a separate converted garage room adjacent to the pool that has bathroom, shower and dressing area, which is great for bride/family to get ready. 4 bed/4 bath house. We don't normally rent the interior of the house but rooms can be used for filming or for events upon request. Main house kitchen can be used for catering upon request. Lots of parking - Huge horse arena doubles as parking lot, plus additional parking space behind with up to 120 cars on the property. Private, gated and secluded. Recently made large open grass area for seated weddings and events, fits upto 150 people for seated dinners or 200 for standing mixer. Weddings/Events- outdoor area nestled under fairy-lit trees for intimate wedding ceremonies and dining. We do have neighbors fairly close and so outdoor music should not be loud after 10pm. Ask us for a flat day rate quote to include set up time and clean up time that is the best for you. Additional fees and responsibilities- for security persons and extra porta potties as needed, parking valet; depending on the size of the party. Party/event clean up. Catering - you are welcome to do your own catering and drinks or we can offer catering options. You will need to rent your own tables and chairs, (we have a small amount that can be included). We do not charge for you to bring your own vendors and you are free to bring your own. Large imitation green grass newly added for wedding reception, dining or cocktail area. This area looks new and green all year round

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
