Event Staff/ Guests have access to free street parking immediately in front of the house.

If you have a car, park in front of the house on the street , not in the driveway. Please, NO SMOKING of any kind inside or outside of the house. Large trees and dry debris surround the property. Smoking or third-hand smoke contamination in the Art House will result in an additional $200 fee. MAINTENANCE If a maintenance issue arises at the house, we will do our best to correct the issue as quickly as possible. We ask that our guests be patient and understanding when it comes to “fix it” requests. Emergency maintenance issues will be corrected in advance of any minor issues. Examples of minor maintenance issues include the following: Blinds, curtains, light bulbs, a slow toilet flush, etc. PETS Pets are allowed on occasion and at the discretion of the host. If a guest brings a pet, we charge an additional fee of $50 per animal. The fee is to cover additional deep cleaning after the guest’s/ animal’s stay. The fee is collected in advance of guest arrival for check in. Upon booking, guests must disclose if they are bringing a pet. The pet cannot be left in the listing alone. BACKYARD Please enjoy the backyard amenities. In consideration of the neighborhood and other neighbors, we require guests to adhere to backyard quiet hours (no music, loud talking or games). Strict quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, daily. Failure to adhere to this rule can result to an additional fine of $200. This fine is implemented at the discretion of the host. CLEANING The Art House cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (someone that picks up after themselves, put dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer or in 1 pile, someone that leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is not a hotel. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or damage after a guest’s checkout, the guest will be charged an additional fee of $100. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if guests continue to demonstrate such a pattern of communication.
