About the Space
We have three private suites in a Historic building overlooking a beautiful downtown area. This is suite 220 and is 400 square feet and has a skylight and windows that open into a hallway with 2 more bright windows. We have a bed on wheels, velvet headboard, paper backdrop system, changing room, and small meeting area. YOUR BOOKING TIME INCLUDES SET UP AND BREAK DOWN. Please schedule accordingly. There is NO heating, AC or wifi in this room. We use a space heater in the winter and fans in the summer.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Great venue, great host! If you're looking for bright, natural overhead light, this place is ideal. Plus a cool genuine brick wall. And the host Amber was accommodating on every level. Really a pleasant person, and helped smooth over a few unexpected bumps in my day. Thanks Amber!

Great space, great natural overhead lighting with skylight, real brick wall. Alas, no air conditioning in this particular room of this historic location, but host Amber provided fans. Amber was very helpful, pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely use again!!
