Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Our recording studio is a freshly built studio with the latest software and plugins, conveniently located near by 105,405,101,110 Freeway. We are only 1 mile from SpaceX, 4 mile from beaches and 6 mile from LAX . Our complete recording studio includes all the gear needed for recording the next great hit. Setup with the latest M1 Apple computer with Logic Pro, AbletonLive and a rentable license for ProTools . The space includes a Guitar - Bass - microphones and all the necessary equipment for live recording . Acoustically treated room with custom sound panels . We have WIFI and there is a front desk to greet your guests . There is air-conditioning inside the room . There are easy access restrooms next to the recording room . There is an airy outdoor open space for hangout in the back with a tiki bar . We have a Thai Kitchen in the same building open from 10am-6pm M-F if you are hungry! . We are open 24/7 and can accommodate any schedule . Up to 7 Parking spots available as well as easy free street parking. Our lot is first come first serve. 4 spaces close to the door are reserved for daily operations and unavailable during business hours. There is ample parking on the street as well.

General Rules

- No smoking inside the room - Please leave the space as you found it - Clean up trash and food items, and reset equipment to its original state - Clean up is included in your rate, however in cases of excess cleanup, a cleanup fee of $80 will be applied if studio staff sees applicable - Please treat the equipment with care and as if it were your own, you break it, you buy it - All rentals include setup and breakdown time; please take this into account when booking time - No food or drink in the studio rooms - Food items are allowed in the hangout space in the back or in the dressing room next door - Our lot is first come first serve, up to 7 Parking spots available as well as easy free street parking

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
