About the Space
This backyard is the perfect oasis year-round with a pool, multiple large grassy areas and privacy from neighbors. Available for events day or night. This place is great for birthday parties, baby showers, barbecues, family gatherings, small weddings, music videos, filming and more. The outdoor capacity is 100 guests with room for a bar, caterers, tables and chairs and more. We have included photos for you from various past events. The backyard is large and versatile! You are welcome to move things around to accommodate your event and put all the furniture back after. There is shade all day under trees and umbrellas. There is plenty of seating throughout the backyard. You will have direct access to power outlets. If you have a larger event you may rent additional tables/chairs to be dropped off. Please clean all table tops pick up debris on the lawn and replace furniture to the original location if it has been moved around. Please leave the property as you found it. 👋 We are available for in-person scouts, just inquire! 🎶 DJ/Outdoor music is permitted, until 12AM! - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Lovely and spacious backyard. Friendly host. Great communication. Wanted to make sure we needed to ensure event was what we wanted it to be. Host stayed, came out and took pictures while event was happening, another person came and strolled through the backyard while event was happening and sat in the den which is where access to the restroom was and that made things a big awkward at times for guests. Overall space is beautiful.

Renting this backyard for my engagement party was a wonderful experience.!! The backyard was beautifully landscaped, with plenty of space to accommodate our 55 guests. We had a gracious and accommodating host, who was always available to answer our questions and help make our event a success. Her attention to detail and level of service were exceptional, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about ensuring that our event was everything we had hoped for. Overall, I would highly recommend renting this place for any occasion event, or pool party if you wanna have genuine fun. These homeowners were very flexible and easy to work with. Responded quickly, approved changes quickly, and were very nice. Allowed us to use the restroom and all spaces, and even let us unplug a computer (which was very nice of them!) Would absolutely use again and recommend to others.
