Features: •1100 square ft multi-purpose space. •Open floor plan •10' high ceilings • Multi-colour LED lighting controlled by Ipad •65'' Smart TV with Spotify, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. •5 large windows and lots of natural light •Hair and makeup station •Fully furnished using modern designer furniture •Beautiful living wall •High-speed Guest WIFI •Coat rack and hangers •Heating and air conditioning •two-stall gender neutral washroom Furniture included: •3 desks/console tables •1 dining table •14 Side chairs •2 lounge chairs •1 sofa •3 coffee tables •1 sideboard •2 bar stools The kitchen is equipped with: •Fridge •Microwave •Cooktop •Nespresso Coffee maker •Blender •Kitchen utensils CAPACITY: Due to covid regulations maximum 25 people allowed RULES: -No smoking of any kind is allowed in the studio. -No alcohol allowed unless host consents -No glitter or confetti -No loud music -No Candle wax dripped on floor or other surfaces -All activity must be contained within the unit; no activity permitted in the hallways PRICING: Monday to Thursday: $65/hour +cleaning fee Friday to Sunday $75/hour+cleaning fee Social gatherings/Events of over 10 people have a group fee of $50 extra. PARKING: The studio doesn't include parking but there is a large public parking at the corner of Bay and Edward Street as well as across the street at Canadian Tire. There is also street parking on Edward st. ELEVATOR: We are 4 floors up, there is an elevator currently used Monday to Friday 9am-5pm only for gear/shipment but not for people due to Covid-19. The elevator is available after 5pm and on weekends for an extra cost ($15/hr) ************COVID-19 REGULATIONS************* -Face masks are mandatory everywhere outside the studio (lobby, stairs, hallway and washroom). ********Please be considerate of your booking time and make sure to leave the studio within your scheduled time, otherwise overtime fees will apply********** We do our best to accommodate our guests needs. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We love this place! We had our corporate photoshoot and the place was perfect for it. It's clean and have good lighting, kitchen amenities, make up area and multiple options for backdrop. Darwin's very friendly, communicates well and showed us around the space. We will be back for sure!

Darwin was super responsive and quick to reply to all my inquiries! I rented this place for an offline business meeting with a team of entrepreneurs and we all loved it! The place was exactly like the photos! Very IG photos!! I would rent this place again for sure! Just note it’s an old building so no elevator to the 4th floor.
