Nighttime is magical with fairy lights and outdoor chandeliers. Blossoming bushes and plants provide lovely backdrop for your photos. Private kitchen with guest bathroom. Long driveway can be used for setting up catering/craft services . . . or even pony rides! Outside space ideal for a variety of uses such as small dinner parties, yoga lessons, showers, meetings, events, film and television location shoots, table reads, photo shoots, music videos, and more. We hosted a kid's party with small animals, face painting and games, as well as "Poker Night," bridal showers and meetings. There are several spots perfect for staged photo ops -- Need a backdrop? Just ask and we can help. Location is close to Ventura Blvd/Downtown Studio City with plenty of catering options nearby. Note: Front and back yards offer a combined 7700 sq ft of available exterior space. Prefer to meet with interested parties prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
