About the Space

The Ocean View Farm is a secluded 12 acre organic avocado, citrus and coffee farm in the foothills of Carpinteria, about 10 miles south of Santa Barbara, with a beautiful rustic barn and two separate houses. Adjacent to the barn are two contiguous large outdoor spaces, both of which come with views of the avocado and coffee orchard on one side and a 180 degree ocean view of the Channel Islands on the other. All views are stunning from every angle which make it both a beautiful backdrop for your event and fabulous for photos. The Ocean View Farm can also come with a large two bedroom cottage fashioned with rustic wood beam interiors and clad in vintage oak barn wood, or the 2000sqft main house with a luxurious, sun-soaked open floor plan. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
