The kitchen is equipped with: •Fridge •Microwave • Coffee maker •Kettle •Kitchen utensils (small amounts only, for events please bring your own disposable cutlery, glasses and plates) ———————————————————————— CAPACITY: maximum 30 people allowed ———————————————————————— PRICING: (includes 13% HST tax) WEEKDAY: 7am-12am: $120hr (Monday to Thursday, minimum 2 hours WEEKEND MORNING: 7am-6pm: $130/hr (Friday-Sunday, minimum 2 hours WEEKEND EVENING: 6pm-12am: $140/hr (Friday-Sunday, minimum 2 hours Cleaning fee: $120 Group fee: $80 (booking of 11-30 people) —————————————————————— RULES: -Client must provide a refundable damage deposit of $500. -Alcohol consumption must be moderate, (this is not a place to get drunk) -NO smoking of any kind is allowed in the studio. -NO cooking allowed (any catering and food must be delivered already cooked and only the microwave can be used to warm food) -NO sparks or flammable objects. -NO glitter or confetti -NO Candle wax dripped on floor, furniture or other surfaces -NO nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls -All activity must be contained within the unit; no activity permitted in the hallways -Rescheduling your booking is only allowed within 14days prior to your booking date -Overtime is dependable on availability and it is charged in increments of 30 mins at the same price of the original booking ———————————————————————— Damage deposit:$500 deposit is to be paid by credit card or e-transfer 24 hours prior to booking date, and it is refunded in full at check-out if no damage occurs. ————————————————————————- PARKING: The studio doesn't include parking but these are some options: 1) large grade-level public parking at the corner of Bay and Edward Street (right in front of the old greyhound bus terminal) 2) across the street at the Atrium on Bay (underground parking) the entrance is on Edward Street. 3) across the street at the Canadian Tire (underground parking) 4) There is also street parking on Edward st. ———————————————————————— ACCESSIBILITY Although we do our best to accommodate all clients, we are not situated in a fully accessible building (washrooms aren’t accessible) . We are located on the 4th floor of an old building that only has manually operated elevator access. Elevator service is available, free of charge, during normal building business hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. ———————————————————————— ELEVATOR: -We are 4 floors up, there is an elevator manually operated by our superintendent Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. (Lunch break 12pm-1pm) -The elevator operator is available after 5pm and on weekends for an extra cost ($20/hr) . ———————————————————————— MINIMUM AGE: although we allow all ages, the person booking and responsible of the studio must be 21 years old or older. ———————————————————————— OVERTIME overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. ———————————————————————— CLEANING / DAMAGES although we charge a cleaning fee, we appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Please take great care of our space. All damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be discounted from your damage deposit and/or billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. ********Please be considerate of your booking time and make sure to leave the studio within your scheduled time, otherwise overtime fees will apply********** We do our best to accommodate our guests needs. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
