About the Space
My kitchen has a very clean, simple look to it with some understated glamour. It has a 12 foot x 5 foot island with an in-island sink and glass and brass fixtures. I have shot here many times for my own company as well as for other local businesses who want a clean, bright kitchen to use for their products. There is also space to shoot in the Master Bedroom and Bathroom, Great Room, Office, and outside areas... Pool, Pool House, Hammock area, etc. Great location food multiple shot locations.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
