About the Space
We have a renovated ranch home with a basement and lots of old world charm. The property includes a large kitchen, basement kitchenette, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a front porch, a screened in porch, a wood deck, a walk out basement that leads to a paved patio, an office, laundry room, large garage, and a playroom/media room. We are close to a lake, have wide streets, and lots of room for parking. We have a half acre property that includes a flat front yard, lots of entertaining space, swing set, vegetable garden, and lots of English style plantings.

We had a great experience with this location. The owners communicated with us through the booking process and leading up to our photo shoot. They were friendly the day of, but also kept to themselves so that we were able to feel comfortable doing the work that we needed to! The home is decorated beautifully and was the perfect backdrop. We would definitely use this location again.

A truly perfect place for our photo/video shoot. We had full use of the home, including an "in law unit" type area for our green room - it had space enough for hair/makeup, wardrobe, craft services, and chairs/couches for talent down time. Private rooms to change in, full bathroom and kitchenette, and french doors opening to a patio for fresh air and room for crew/talent to spread out. The hosts were impeccable in their communication, kindness, and cooperation. 100% would be thrilled to work with this host and location in the future.
