About the Space
My home is located on the famous scenic highway 30a in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. This is the home to many famous celebrities and musicians; Jason Aldean and his wife were about 3 miles from me until they sold their beach home in mid 2021 and Luke Bryan has a beach home in the Seacrest area on 30a along with his cigar bar at this outdoor area called the "HUB". I am a 4 minute drive to the beach (1.8 miles) and right next to the beautiful Topsail state park with biking trails, kayaking and bears! Small and very quiet and relaxing commmunity .

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
