Gorgeous Beach House on Scenic Hwy 30A!
About the Space
My home is located on the famous scenic highway 30a in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. This is the home to many famous celebrities and musicians; Jason Aldean and his wife were about 3 miles from me until they sold their beach home in mid 2021 and Luke Bryan has a beach home in the Seacrest area on 30a along with his cigar bar at this outdoor area called the "HUB". I am a 4 minute drive to the beach (1.8 miles) and right next to the beautiful Topsail state park with biking trails, kayaking and bears! Small and very quiet and relaxing commmunity . Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
