Beautiful home with a contemporary build, clean lines and more space than you'd know what to do with. A well equipped kitchen, massive 3000 sq. ft. backyard and a minimalist aesthetic only add to the luxurious feel of the home. Photographers, Videographers, Models, Actors, Actresses, Musicians, Chefs, etc. All are welcome to perform their craft in this wonderful space. - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

The host Dee was accommodating, communicated well, responsive - most times within minutes, transparent, sets clear expectations, and provided a great experience for us. This Space was spotless, modern outside, and beautifully decorated inside. I would call this breathtaking Space a smart house. It was the perfect space for the baby shower. Even-though the rain forced us to have the event indoor, the large windows overlooking the well manicured backyard was an extension of the perfect backdrop. The quests were in awe at the space. Using the space for an event was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking to use it as a PeerSpace. I was able to stay two overnights. There was ease of entry to the home which make check-in and check-out a breeze. I felt safe in the neighborhood and it was quiet. The home is not lacking security measures such great lighting or other security measures. The amenities were top notched. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. There was ample parking for our needs. You get what you pay for in this space. I would like to stay here again or just have an event here. I/we did not have any issues other than looking for the microwave. It was hidden in plane sight as it should have been without it being an eyesore. I love the way it was tucked away in the kitchen. The pots and pans made me want to buy a new set for my home, because they were much better than I had at home. :) The bed was comfortable. I love that there is a gadget inside where you can see local recommendations. The stay was a positive experience and I highly recommend it.

This space is immaculate with beautiful decor, great natural light, and a well-thought-out layout and flow. The host was fantastic, providing everything we needed for a seamless experience. I’ll definitely book again!
