About the Space
This spacious kitchen sports some lovely high ceilings with a brick accent wall and skylights that bring in beautiful light. L shaped counter tops with a farm sink and vintage faucets lend a beautiful aesthetic to the space. The floors are covered with a comfortable, easy to clean tile. The appliances include a 4 top gas stove, microwave, full size fridge and spacious dishwasher.

Parking description
This is a one way street that has parking for up to four cars in the driveway and one free street parking pass. There is free parking in the parking lots of several stores close by (Market Basket, Price Rite, CVS etc)

Lighting description
There are two skylights and a large window. For those reasons, there is a lot of natural lights at all times of the day (before sunset)
The light control includes blinds.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Ambient noise low and can easily be drowned out.
The residential street does have some dogs in the neighborhood so you can faintly catch a dog woofing from time to time. Highly efficient ACs are newly installed that have little to no purr.

Equipment loading description
There are three separate entrances into the house and any loading would probably depend on the equipment being loaded. There is no permanently installed loading zone/ramp so highly recommended to keep this in mind. The longest flight of stairs is 8 steps and the shortest is 4 steps.
Staging area is available
Two bedrooms or the basement bar can be set up depending on the needs of the client.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Main bedroom at the back of the house and any areas showing the address of the property.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
A thorough clean is completed before and after each visit with cleaning agents including not limited to bleach, pet-friendly/safe cleaning products and hot water.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves

- Hand Sanitizer
