The base rate for the space is only $25 per hour with a 3 hour minimum. For this price you will have access to our top of the line P.A. System, ambient lighting our luxury amenities and you can choose between access to the production desk OR our pro backline of amps and instruments. Band Rehearsals - $25 per hour - Includes use of backline and PA system. (3 hr minimum) (12 hour advanced notice for first time users) *NOTE- you CAN record yourself quite easily at this rate by simply bringing a usb thumb drive and plugging in to our Midas digital console to record your session quite easily. No recording engineer degree needed! No extra charge. Great for simple or reference recordings, recording your own voice overs etc. Bring your own mic, or use one of ours. Choose between Shure Beta sm58, Shure SM7B or sm57. (By the way, the drums are already mic’d) Production desk - $25 per hour (Includes use of all peripherals and the massive sound system) (3 hr minimum) (12 hour advanced notice for first time users) Multitrack recording/production with access to the production desk, backline and PA system (no engineer, no booth access, no laptop included, requires basic knowledge of recording techniques and signal flow- $50 per hour (3 hr minimum) Multitrack recording FULL ACCESS with engineer and access to the vocal booth, production desk, PA system, mic locker $75 per hour. (Drums fully mic’d and ready to go) (3 hr minimum) Video Production- access to pro lighting options, 4 canon DSLR cameras, ATEM pro mini ISO switcher, the procuring desk 4 HD screens with hdmi matrix, the production desk. and the PA system. Includes Audio/ Video engineer and a stereo audio feed from the board. $100 per hour (3 hr minimum) Video Production/Multitrack Recording- access to pro lighting options, 4 canon DSLR cameras with remote pan tilt options, ATEM pro mini ISO switcher, 8 HD screens with hdmi matrix, the production desk. and the PA system. Incudes Audio/ Video engineer and full multitrack recording with access to control room, mic locker and high end preamps. $150 per hour (2 hr minimum) (48 hour advanced notice) Audio Podcasts- Audio only (multitrack) with 2 SM7Bs and engineer- $75 per hour (1 hr minimum) (48 hour advanced notice) Simple Video Podcasts - 2 camera setup, with multitrack audio, 2 Shure SM7Bs, pro lighting options, several backdrop options including burgundy curtains, black curtains, HD screen backdrop with additional uplighting and ambient lighting, and Audio/Video engineer $150 per hour (1 hour minimum/48 hour notice) Advanced Podcasts - with Multitrack Recording- access to pro lighting options, several backdrop options including burgundy curtains, black curtains, HD screen backdrop with additional uplighting and ambient lighting, 5 canon DSLR cameras with remote pan tilt options, live switching options for integrated live editing, furniture with 4 chairs, and tables, 2 gimbals, 4 Shure SM7Bs, ATEM pro mini ISO switcher, 8 HD screens with hdmi matrix, the production desk. and the PA system.
