Some of our most popular bookings include, baby/bridal showers, birthday parties, acoustic performances, and brunch parties. The Williamson itself is a 12-unit music production facility that is leased to music producers, songwriters and artists. The rooftop lounge is an extension of our studio space, that we are thrilled to offer for private event bookings! We have a state-of-the-art access system at our property, so we are able to offer FREE self-guided tours if you would like to check out the space in person. We also offer guided tours of the property for $45… this fee is waived if you book with us! Below you will find some general information about the property. The space immediately grabs your attention with stunning Peruvian Teak composite decking and a modern style black pergola. Upon entering the deck you will be captivated by the beautiful north facing view of clear blue skies and mountainous terrain. Surrounding the deck is a sleek linear designed solid railing that features a medium grey finish that both stands out and blends in all at once. Multiple seating areas provide ultimate comfort and relaxation for up to 20 people, and can easily be rearranged to suit your needs. Have a seat under the shaded pergola, or move the seating and use it as a stage. The 16'x10' section of the deck is raised about 8 inches to provide depth and aesthetic character. The space can comfortably hold up to 30 people. The main area is about 25' x 25' and there is an 8' wide x 16' long walkway to get from the door to the main area. The lounge is a true a minimalists dream! Take our canvas and paint your own picture!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
