A small commercial or scene in a film can be shot. It can be great for a Photoshoot. It’s an open space concept. There is lots of natural light during the day. The curtains are blackout curtains (per the description when I purchased them). The space is a lived in space and the host will be available on premises. There is an island in the kitchen area that can be moved. There is one chair at the island that is stylish and teal in color. I have a ring light, green/blue screen fabric with stand, I have additional lights (2) with barn doors and 1 tota light. I have space behind my bed with a pink stylish chair in front of a mirrored wardrobe with mannequin head on a tripod. The space is 34 minutes from midtown Manhattan by car. 10 stops on metro north from grand central to Fleetwood stop then a 20 minute walk or 5 minute Uber to location space. PARKING lot available a block away. Download Pango app to pay for parking which is .75 an hour. There is also metered parking on Gramatan Ave. If you’re lucky you can find free street parking near the park across the street.
