About the Space
- Our Private alley is only to be used for production - For more information feel free to send us a message to discuss details. - You can only operate our alley from 6 pm- 6 am on weekdays days. 24 hours on weekends - Restrooms are located inside of our studio. - NEON AND ASTERA PACKAGE IS ADDITIONAL. PLEASE INQUIRE - A film permit May be required. - Alley also has a studio space that connects to space for an additional price. ***** On Friday and Saturday we require 8 hour minimum due actual studio being booked for events after 7pm.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
