Inspiring and flexible production studio capable of satisfying the needs of both video and photography production. The space consists of two main large open spaces with 22' ceilings. One main space is completely open and flexible for any backdrop, staging or set needs, while the other contains a kitchen and living room area. In addition to the production space, there are multiple options for makeup, dressing, and green rooms. The space rents by the day and includes load-in the night before and load-out the night after. Full-sized bay doors allow for trucks to drive right in for easy access and the front yard is large enough to accommodate an additional trailer. Set-building/custom fabrication, catering and staffing (both technical and support) are available for an additional fee upon request. Fork lift and scissor lift rental are also availible. Booking this space also brings discounted rates at LVR.

The space is cleaned after each use using CDC-approved cleaners. In addition, regular cleaning occurs weekly even when the space has not been in use.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
